We understand that things don't always go as planned, that's why we offer the most flexible cancellation policy in the industry.

150 Rupees Cancellation applicable per cancellation of the ticket.
25% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 7 Days.
50% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 4 Days.
No refund for cancellation received before 48 Hours

In the Andaman Islands there is a peak season time from 15-December to 15-Feb. During this time NO Cancellations are allowed. This is applicable on all hotels, activities, ferry and transport. We know that this sounds absurd, however due to high influx of travelers and very minimal availability of Hotels, Activities,transport and ferry such measures are taken. Full refund upon cancellation received before 7 Days of arrival.
25% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 4 Days.
50% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 2 Days.
No refund for cancellation received before 24 Hours.

Cancellation as per hotel policy, we do not charge any extra.
Usually the hotel cancellation policy at the islands is as under -
If cancelled from 0 days to 7 days before the check-in date 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled from 7 days to 20 days before the check-in date 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled from 20 days to 30 days before the check-in date 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled from 30 days or more before the check-in date 5% of the booking amount will be charged.
No refund for cancellation received on bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Feb.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight/ ferry.
The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes.

Cancellation Charge of Rupees 2000 Per Person is Applicable any time after the Booking is confirmed.
No refund, if Cancellation received less than 15 Days before arrival.
70% of the total package amount is applicable, if Cancellation received between 15 - 30 Days before arrival.
50% of the total package amount is applicable, if Cancellation received between 31 - 45 Days before arrival.

Due to the nature of many of the activities, delays and cancellations may result due to factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as the weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the supplier of the Activity concerned. In case of such circumstances, we will inform the customer about the cancellation as soon as we are alerted. However, an administrative fee may still be applied.
Our liability stands matched to the amount of payment received by us.

Refunds

All customer refunds will be made in accordance to the original mode of payment. The duration of the refund is subject to third parties, including but not limited to bank policies and procedures, hotels and resorts and so on and may take up to 3 months from the date of refund submission. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andaman Diaries accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the Activities and/or in connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any Activities.
You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the Activity.
